Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026. These Terms govern your use of StageVault. We may update them from time to time and will notify account holders of material changes before they take effect.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using StageVault, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of all photos, videos, and other content you upload. You grant StageVault a limited license to store, transcode, display, and process that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the StageVault features you use — including processing it through third-party AI providers to deliver features such as automatic organization, the AI assistant, and song detection (see our Privacy Policy for the providers and how they handle your data). We do not sell your content.
3. Minors
StageVault is designed for use by adults managing portfolios on behalf of minor performers. Accounts may only be created and controlled by an adult, and minors may not create their own accounts. If you upload content depicting a minor, you represent that you are that minor's parent or legal guardian (or are authorized by them), that you have the right to upload and share that content, and that you will comply with applicable laws including COPPA.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use StageVault to upload illegal content, impersonate others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data. You may never upload child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized, exploitative, or abusive content involving a minor, upload content depicting a person without the required consent, or use the service to harass others or share others' content without authorization. We may remove any such content, suspend or terminate the account, and report it to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required or appropriate.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings; we will then disable access and schedule your data for deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
StageVault is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
